Paul Jacobs' Biog
Paul Jacobs
Biography
Aged 44, 34 inch waist, trying to get to 32, with a penchant for Heinz Chocolate Baby Pudding.
Born in Chester in 1963 I lived in Liverpool, Calderstones until I was 23 then headed South to study in Eastbourne/Brighton.
I had a Saturday job at Lewis's for 3 years before failing nearly every exam at school and college.
First full time job was as a betting shop manger, an arena I stayed in for many years both broadcasting and writing about horse racing. This culminated in me twice becoming the Champion Horse Racing Tipster in the country.
I was a continuity announcer at FIVE for nine years, three as the senior announcer and had my own show TALKSPORT for a year. I have my own racing column in the Daily Star on Sunday and write scripts and voice continuity on the Biography Channel (I adore films).
I have two kids (Alexander 12, Jemma 8) and a brother who is undergoing a sex change. My sister in law flies on her broomstick at night and my mother is an exceptionally loud person.
As my name should suggest to you I can eat three Jacobs Cream Crackers in a minute.
