Mark is a native of North Wales and completed his legal training at the College of Law, Chester before qualifying as a Solicitor in March 1999.

Mark has worked in general practice since qualifying, and has experience of dealing with everything from Motoring offences, family law matters, Personal Injury claims and Employment Law disputes.

Mark was a Senior Crown Prosecutor before becoming a partner at James Murray Solicitors in 2004 where he specialises in advocacy both at the Magistrates and Crown Court. He particularly enjoys representing clients in motoring cases and has recently conducted several appeals before High Court Judges.

When he is not in court Mark is a keen road cyclist and is often seen on the highways and byways of the North West. He is very approachable and his easy going style has proved to blend in well with the City Surgery.
